We accept half the payment upfront and the rest upon the completed service.

+ I DO NOT LIVE IN THE U.S, CAN YOU STILL HELP ME?
Yes! Our services are provided worldwide.

+ HOW DO I REQUEST CHANGES?
We send the preview of the product in the allotted time frame. If you request any changes, we are happy to oblige before sending the final product for no extra charge.

+ HOW DO I SEND MY PHOTOS OR VIDEO?
You can send your content to us via email (support@beershebadigital.com). If it is easier for you to send your content via Google Drive, iCloud, WhatsApp, WeChat, Dropbox, or even USB, we are happy to oblige.
+ I WANT MY PICTURES/VIDEOS TO BE IN ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
No problem! When you send us your content, please send it to us in your preferred order. If you have a preference for only the first or last picture, please specify.
+ HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY VIDEO?
We oblige to the method that works best for you! Most customers choose to receive their video via a private link, in which they have access to watch and download the video.
If preferred, we can also send your video via USB for an added cost of +$15 (expedited service within the U.S +$35). For other countries, please contact us.
+ CAN MY VIDEO BE LOOPED TO BE SHOWN THROUGHOUT A SERVICE OR DURING A SPEECH?
Absolutely! Loops can be included for +$15. In our service form, please specify your needs.
+ WILL I RECEIVE A PREVIEW OF THE VIDEO?
Absolutely! Previews are sent within the allotted time frame (specifics are listed below on our packages).
+ HOW LONG WILL MY VIDEO BE?
Please refer to our packages, where the time range of our videos are listed below. However, usually our videos range between 5-7 minutes, but it depends on how many photos or videos you wish to be included. If you request a specific length, we are happy to oblige.
